1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing The Closers Blueprint ("the Product"), you ("Customer") agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

2. Product Description

The Closers Blueprint is a digital educational product consisting of HTML files containing sales training frameworks, scripts, and reference materials. The product is delivered electronically upon successful payment.

3. Pricing & Payment

The current price is displayed at checkout
All prices are in USD
Payment is processed securely via Stripe
Sales tax may apply based on your jurisdiction
All sales are final, subject to the Refund Policy

4. Delivery

The Product is delivered electronically via email within 24 hours of purchase
Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout
Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information
If you do not receive your delivery, contact Adr17llc@gmail.com within 7 days

5. License Grant

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your individual purposes only.

You MAY:

Use the Product for your own learning and professional development
Apply the frameworks and scripts in your own sales activities
Save the files for personal reference
Print sections for personal use

You MAY NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or share the Product or any portion of it
Use the Product to create competing courses, products, or services
Post the Product to file-sharing sites, forums, or public platforms
Remove or alter copyright notices, branding, or attribution
Use the Product to train AI models
Claim authorship of the materials

Violation of these license terms results in immediate license termination, forfeiture of refund rights, and may result in legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within The Closers Blueprint — including frameworks, scripts, designs, copy, and structure — is the intellectual property of The Closers Blueprint. All rights reserved. The license granted in Section 5 does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have reviewed the Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers

10. Customer Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the Product for unlawful purposes
Misrepresent yourself or your results when discussing the Product
File fraudulent chargebacks (will be disputed with evidence)
Engage in conduct that harms our reputation or other customers

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email. Continued use of the Product after modification constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
