Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must:

Request the refund within 30 days of purchase date
Have genuinely implemented the system — used the frameworks on at least 5 real sales calls or 10 real DM conversations
Provide brief evidence of implementation — call notes, DM screenshots, or a short written summary of what you tried and what happened

If you used the frameworks and they didn't deliver, we want to know — and we'll refund you fully. If you didn't use them, we encourage you to try before requesting.

What's NOT Refundable

Requests submitted after 30 days from purchase date
Requests without implementation evidence
Requests where buyer has shared, resold, or distributed course materials in violation of the License Terms (see Terms of Sale)
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us — please give us a chance to make it right

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds return to the original payment method
You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
Access to course materials terminates upon refund approval

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve directly with us:

Will not result in faster resolution
Forfeits your right to access course materials
May be disputed with payment processor evidence (delivery confirmation, terms acceptance, communications log)
